Mini Skid Steer NZ Ltd is based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, and supplies mini skid steer machines, compact excavators, and related attachments.

In response to demand for compact and versatile machinery, we undertook a structured supplier evaluation process to identify manufacturers capable of meeting New Zealand market requirements. This process included travelling to China to meet with shortlisted manufacturers, inspecting production facilities, reviewing quality control systems, and operating demonstration machines to assess performance and suitability.

Following this assessment, we established supply partnerships with Derette and Rippa Machinery. These manufacturers were selected based on their engineering capability, manufacturing standards, production capacity, and ability to provide consistent product supply and support for the New Zealand market.

Our team has more than 30 years’ experience in the ownership and operation of heavy machinery. This experience allows us to provide informed guidance to customers, helping ensure equipment is selected appropriately for its intended application and operating environment.
